My first vertical steps were taken at the time of
the big controversy that raged over the "7th" climbing degree.
Through sport climbing, which was still in its infancy, and armed with
mountain climbing in my genes I quickly embraced alpine climbing. As a
Mountain Guide I have a lot of fun with the people aspect of guiding.
The continuous contact with different people from all nations and walks
of life is for me the most satisfying part of my work. It's no secret
that my favorite route is the Kleine (small) Zinne, which I have climbed
over 300 times. Naturally this is my tip for you
.
