Hiking the Karnischer High Path

This fantastic hike runs along the geological divide between ancient stone, and the Dolomite. In a sense a "border tour" as the hike runs closely along the Austrian Italian border. As you walk along the comb you'll sometimes have a foot in Austria, a foot in Italy. The view of the Dolomites to the South is beautiful and the huts are never overcrowded. The hiking times are quite human and seldom exceed 5 hours. The starting point is Sexten, and the goal is the Kötschach Mauten in Kärnten. Please ask for a detailed program.
